Ultimate gift guide for the whole family

November 28, 2019

It’s that time of year again where we pour over online shops and magazines that come through our doors to find the perfect gifts for those we love.
Over the last couple of years, I’ve put together gift guides to help give you some ideas and this year is no different. Whilst some of these have been gifted to me for inclusion in this guide, some are things I genuinely plan to buy for my family or think would be really good ideas. Any that have been gifted will be marked with *

NextBase Dashcam

small dash cam next to it's box

One thing that Liam has been after for a while is a dashcam. Not being a driver myself, I’ve never had reason to look into them but he had his mind made up on this one from NextBase which is an affordable option but also has the which Best Buy recommendation. It’s super easy to use, just click it in and off you go. It records in 3-minute blocks too so you haven’t got to watch through the whole journey to find a bit of footage you want

Tomatin Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey *

Tomatin’s Legacy expression has spent time maturing in Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak casks, resulting in a sweet, light, refreshing and universally versatile whisky. Legacy boasts aromas of vanilla, marshmallow, pineapple and lemon. On the palate, gentle flavours emerge ahead of a light, clean finish.
Cask Strength
is Tomatin’s most vivacious expression yet still retains Tomatin’s characteristically rich and sweet undertones. Matured in a classic combination of first-fill ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, aromas of golden syrup and ginger biscuits accompanied with flavours of malt loaf and marzipan. The result is a dry, lingering spicy finish.
