MumKind Competition

January 26, 2015

Hey all,
Remember those fantastic Mumkind products I reviewed and gave away last September? Well they’re back!

Mumkind contacted me originally and asked if I would be interested in trying their products.  I wrote a review of the ‘Ginger me baby lozenges’ and the ‘Water Our Way’ Which you can read here.

What I love is that they are completely designed with mums in mind. The Lozenges are in discreet clear individual wrappers so that nobody can tell that you’re suffering with morning sickness before you tell them. The WOW water enhancers are small enough to keep in your handbag so you can add it to your water anywhere and the nutrition bars are the perfect size for that quick pick-me-up.

The range of Mumkind products is now available on  (hurrah!) but even better than that… we’re giving you the chance to win some right here!!

It can be hard to make sure we are eating properly when we are pregnant or dealing with the demands of a newborn so the Mumkind range is great for getting those needed nutrients without resulting to pills and supplements. What other foods or tips have you found that helped relieve tiredness or gave you a boost? Share your knowledge, advice and tips with other new or expectant mums. You can enter more than once so be sure to check back daily to use as many opportunities as you can.

If you take iron or when you eat iron rich food try to have some vitamin C at the same time as it helps absorption.
