Every now and then, we receive a lovely box of crafting goodies from Baker Ross. My excitement goes in to overdrive wondering what we’re going to get next and my craft chest is growing rapidly.
I’ve absolutely loved this latest box of Autumn and halloween themed crafts. I mean, just look at these stickers! So cute! I love the little acorns and toadstools. Oh, and the pumpkins and the conkers and the bunnies and… and.. and.. hahaha.
We instantly used these to make a card for a relative that hasn’t been well lately.
The first thing Dexter wanted to make were these leaf sand art decorations. We did a similar thing at easter so he knew exactly what he was doing. They’re so easy to do, he’s only 3 and manages perfectly.
You take one leaf and peel off the backing paper to reveal a sticky surface, scatter your choice of sand colour over and then shake off the excess. Keep doing this until all the leaf is decorated et voila!
I’ve done a video to show you too but they really are that simple!
Also in the box were these cute little day of the dead colouring in bags and halloween dotty art pictures. The bags are perfect if you’re hosting a halloween party! The kids could all decorate their own before taking it home filled with goodies! Even Liam got in on the colouring action!
We’ve done a couple of the sticky dot pictures but Dexter’s friend, Ellie is coming over to visit in the half term so we are going to do the rest together with her and also have a go at making these fab halloween magnet photo frames(bottom picture).
We always have a great time with the Baker Ross kits (which they send me in exchange for these posts). Their products are really fantastic, Dexter loves them… almost as much as I do! I can’t wait to start ordering some for our advent crafts! If you want to have a look at their range, you can check out their halloween stuff here and their autumn stuff here. Let me know what you find! I can’t wait to see!
