Friday Phone Dump Linky #6

November 19, 2015

Hi all! Welcome to this weeks FridayPhoneDump Linky!

As always, this is a place to share those fabulous photos that we take of our awesome kids and the things we get up to all week long, that sadly just don’t make the cut for our normal blog posts.

Some people write “The week that was” styles posts. Others do “Our week in pictures” Whatever it is you chose to do, they’re all welcome here as long as it is a weekly round up post and includes plenty of piccies or an image montage. The rules are below, I hope you enjoy your visit and join in with us.

Last night saw my last shift at work before mat leave. I never really got a last day when I was pregnant with Dexter as I was signed off and then had holiday to take before my mat leave began so once I was signed off,  I just didn’t go back. My lovely colleagues got together and made this awesome gift basket of goodies. I was so thrilled to see some the Little Bird range in it too! I absolutely love Little Bird. I’d wear it every day myself if I could! Even the accessories!

I took this selfie before I left for work because I’d actually made an effort for a change. I don’t normally bother wearing makeup for work and I tend to wear the same stuff every day so I thought I’d grab a pic while I looked fairly human at least.
Most of this week has been spent decorating my beast of a Christmas tree – Yes I’m one of those people! It normally takes me 3 days (day 1 is just getting it built!) but it seems to have taken forever this year as I just don’t have the energy to be standing in one spot that long. Not to mention the toddler that has very much been enjoying ‘helping’ mummy! (Hence the gappy bits)

The festive clothing has started to make an appearance already. It would seem I have a bigger belly than Santa himself..! Who knew?!
Dexter and I made a rocket out of an old bottle, some coloured paper and lots of tape. This kept him amused for all of 5 minutes and now I don’t even know where it is!

We also made a start on making our own Christmas gift wrap. Again.. as you can see, this didn’t keep his attention long..

Oh and lastly, Dexter has been a poorly boy all week. struck down with a horrible cold that made him sick as its the only way he can get rid of all the mucus lying on his chest.
Currently he is just the biggest snot monster going but at least its all starting to come out now, even though it’s making his nose sore. The cat has been looking after him at times but she was nowhere to be seen when he was sick all down Liam’s back and over the floor in TescoFDP6.8

So thats been our week, What have you been up to?
