He’s a happy little boy and makes us proud all the time.
He can hold his head up more now and when laying on his tummy he can turn his head from one side to the other. He’s started babbling and talking to things such as us, the tv, his toys, his reflection… anything that will listen basically.
His legs are getting strong, he can push himself away from me when laying on my lap and when I’m holding him upright he can bear some weight on his legs.
He loves being on his play mat with his arms and legs flailing about all over the place so I’ve started to put noisy/rattly things within reach so that he can make the noises himself, which he seems to really enjoy doing. He lets us know by gurgling nice and loud for us 🙂
Generally he will feed on average every 2 hours for about 20-30 mins. He doesn’t sleep thru the night yet but is missing at least one night feed on most nights so has period of longer sleep (which I really appreciate).
He’s breast fed only, we don’t give him formula (we have done once or twice but never again) but he somehow knows how to hold a bottle. (I expressed so my mum could babysit last month and he managed to hold the bottle on his own) He also tries to hold my boob too, haha!
He had his first lot of jabs yesterday and although he screamed initially, he was soon quiet and calm
He’s growing and changing so fast. He’s started outgrowing some of his first outfits and it mad me sad to think he will never be that small again but on the same hand, I cant wait to see what the next month brings and how much more he develops. Every new thing he does is amazing and makes me so proud. I cant imagine my life without him.
