100 Things

Below is a list of things that I would like to achieve before I die. A sort of bucket list if you will. It’s called 100 things but as of yet, it’s only 53 things… I’m working on it. If you have any ideas you think I could/should add, please let me know – email me hello@messyblog[dot]uk. Thanks

  1. Actually think of 100 things for this list.
  2. Go to Nashville.
  3. Visit all four countries of the UK England Ireland Scotland Wales.
  4. Learn to drive.
  5. Learn to crochet.
  6. Go zorbing.
  7. Buy a house.
  8. Feature in a magazine.
  9. Have a massage Had a massage just before my wedding. It was lovely. I wish i could justify spending money to do it more often.
  10. See Miranda Lambert in concert.
  11. Visit Miranda Lambert’s Pink Pistol Store.
  12. Go to Comic Con. Done July 30th 2016 with Liam, Olivia and Claire
  13. See a show (Lion King Jan 7th 2014)
  14. Have a facial
  15. Host a games evening.
  16. Successfully have a no spends month. Bills excluded of course.
  17. Clear debts. <- In process
  18. Cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats in aid of Epilepsy Action.
  19. Ride in a hot air balloon.
  20. Have a Christmas in New York.
  21. Get Married (Jan 7th 2014)
  22. Run a 5k race September 2012 Race for life at Ferry Meadows.
  23. Renew my wedding vows.
  24. Celebrate 25 years with Liam.
  25. Have an outdoor movie night.
  26. Take the kids fruit picking and eat whatever we pick as part of a meal. Sept 6th 2016 at Hill Farm
  27. Find my new style. I’ve always been jeans, vest and hoodies but I want something different. Currently liking the 50’s look but not sure I can pull it off.
  28. Go on a family camping trip.
  29. Eat lobster.
  30. Go punting in Cambridge.
  31. Go to the London Dungeons.
  32. Watch Tower Bridge open.
  33. Do a spooky London tour. Preferably underground.
  34. Sort out our photo wall.
  35. Have a 3rd baby.
  36. Beat Liam at scrabble.
  37. Finish watching the x files.
  38. Go to a blogging conference.
  39. Rewatch entire box set of Friends.
  40. Pick our own halloween pumpkin from a farm.
  41. Get my blog in the top 500 of Tots100.
  42. Grow caterpillars and watch them transform into butterflies before releasing them. August 2016
  43. Take the kids to their first real fireworks display.
  44. Make the children a play room.
  45. Have a sun flower growing race.
  46. Get pet chickens
  47. Have a veg patch in the garden.
  48. Teach the kids how to play pooh sticks.
  49. Have a family photo session.
  50. Visit Disneyland in Florida.
  51. Host a bbq where no family are invited. Just friends.
  52. Make tie dye tshirts for us all.
  53. Have a complete ‘batch cook’ day and fill the freezer with good, hearty, pre-prepared meals.
